Testing & Inspections

Annual Testing

  • Comprehensive testing of all components of the medical gas and vacuum system. Our annual testing procedures and reports meet and exceed the requirement s of the relevant edition of NFPA 99, CMMS, Joint Commission Environment of Care Standards, State and Local laws.
  • Testing includes all outlets and vacuum inlets, all zone valves and zone valve boxes, the flexible connectors on all manufacturer assemblies, all area alarm panels – including cycling of all alarm signals, all master alarm panels – including cycling all indicator points from the alarm monitoring devices to the master alarm panels, all bulk sites and source systems
  • Detailed list of all discrepancies provided in report form so you can manage your risk and address each repair responsibly.

Construction Testing
